The Camrose Kodiaks are proud to announce the signing of 2009-born forward Vlad Ibragimov for the 2026/27 AJHL season.
After spending the past two seasons with the North Shore Warriors in the CSSHL U18 Prep League, Vlad arrives in Camrose as a dynamic offensive threat with a proven ability to produce. Over 73 games at the U18 Prep level, he recorded an impressive 83 points while consistently creating offense and competing with an edge every time he stepped on the ice.
Vlad first caught our attention at our 2025/26 Spring Camp and continued to build on that impression throughout the year. An 8th-round selection of the Medicine Hat Tigers, he combines high-end offensive instincts with relentless compete, making him a player we’re excited to add to our forward group.
When asked why he chose Camrose, Vlad said: “Honestly, I loved the community. Everyone was straightforward, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout the ID Camp. It just felt like the right place for me.”
