Kodiaks Hiring for Manager of Business Operations

Camrose, AB – The Camrose Kodiaks are excited to announce that we are hiring a Manager of Business Operations. This key leadership position is responsible for overseeing all business and marketing initiatives, including sponsorship sales, digital presence, community engagement, and game day operations.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hockey, has strong organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This individual will play a critical role in growing the Kodiaks’ brand, building relationships with sponsors, and engaging with the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to increase sponsorship revenue

  • Manage the team’s digital presence, including social media channels

  • Create, schedule, and analyze digital marketing campaigns and email communications

  • Produce engaging content for digital platforms

  • Coordinate and participate in all aspects of game day operations

  • Help execute team events, such as Wine Night and the Golf Tournament

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and content management

  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro,and/or Canva

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Enthusiasm for hockey and community involvement

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and during home games
