Camrose, AB – The Camrose Kodiaks are excited to announce the signing of 2007-born forward Owen DeWitt for the remainder of the 2024-25 AJHL season.
DeWitt, a 6’3”, 194-pound forward from Sicamous, BC, started the season with the Langley Rivermen (BCHL) after a standout 2023-24 campaign with the Sicamous Eagles (KIJHL). Last season, he registered 19 goals and 31 assists for 50 points in 44 games, showcasing his offensive ability and strong two-way play.
Kodiaks General Manager Eric Kroetch spoke highly of the newest addition to the roster.
“Owen is a player who brings size and skill to our lineup. He has shown the ability to contribute offensively while also playing a responsible game. His time in the BCHL this season has helped him continue to develop, and we are excited to have him join us in Camrose.”
DeWitt is expected to join the Kodiaks immediately and will be available for upcoming games.
The Kodiaks welcome Owen DeWitt to Camrose and look forward to his impact on the team.
