The Camrose Kodiaks are excited to announce the signing of 2008-born forward Jake Rogers for the 2026/27 season.
Jake joins the Kodiaks after a strong season with the Okotoks U18 AAA Oilers, where he recorded 23 goals and 26 assists for 49 points in 38 games, finishing among the league’s top scorers.
Assistant GM and Head Scout Brock Lycan shared, “We identified Jake at our 2024/25 Spring Camp, and he also attended that year’s Main Camp. From there, he signed an affiliation agreement with us, and in December we moved forward with an LOI. What makes Jake unique is that he can play a great 200-foot game without sacrificing offence. Jake finished the year 8th in scoring, and we look forward to him contributing next season.”
Rogers commented, “I chose to sign with the Kodiaks because of their family-like culture, winning mentality, and the supportive community in Camrose.”
