Beagle Commits to Nipissing University

🚨‼ BEAGLE COMMITTED ‼🚨

The Camrose Kodiaks are proud to announce that team captain Keegan Beagle has committed to the Nipissing Lakers of Nipissing University (USports) for next season.

The 20 year old Rimbey defenceman joined the Kodiaks at the start of last season after being acquired in a trade from the Drumheller Dragons. Beagle has recorded 36 points in 101 regular season games with the Kodiaks.

Beagle shared, “I am very excited and grateful to be continuing my hockey career and academics at Nipissing University. I am thankful for my family, friends, teammates, billets, and the Kodiaks organization for supporting me through my journey to get to this point”

Kodiaks General Manager Eric Kroetch added, “Beagle has been a pleasure to have in our organization and to watch develop over the past few years. Earning the captaincy this season speaks volumes about the character and leadership he brings to the rink every day. Recently being named this season’s Hardest Working Kodiak shows how important work ethic, leading by example, and compete are to his game. It has been an honour getting to know the Beagle family and seeing the incredible support they have for Keegan.”

The Camrose Kodiaks, in partnership with United Sport & Cycle, would like to congratulate Keegan and his family on this well deserved accomplishment.
