The Camrose Kodiaks are thrilled to announce the hiring of Shayden Alde as the team’s Trainer for the upcoming 2025–26 season.
Shayden brings a wealth of experience and dedication to the organization through her background as a registered massage therapist and business owner. Her journey in hockey began three years ago with a U18 AAA team, followed by a recent role with a Junior B club. In that time, she has steadily built her expertise in athletic care and performance.
Drawing on her foundation in massage therapy, Shayden has made injury prevention, rehabilitation, and pain management a focus of her continuing education. She has trained in advanced modalities such as cupping therapy, instrument-assisted soft tissue manipulation, low-level laser therapy, and sports taping, equipping her with a versatile and modern toolkit to support athletes at every level.
Her passion for athlete care and her drive to continue learning stood out during the hiring process. Shayden’s commitment to her craft and to the well-being of players is exactly the type of energy the Kodiaks value in our organization.
