Camrose, AB – The Camrose Kodiaks are proud to announce that forwards Garrett Thom and Spencer Masters have been invited to Team Canada West’s Selection Camp in Calgary. Both players have been instrumental for the Kodiaks this season and have earned this prestigious opportunity to showcase their talent at a higher level.
Spencer Masters, an 18-year-old from Edmonton, AB, has emerged as a smart two-way forward who has added an offensive edge to his game this year. Standing at 6’3″ and 196 lbs, Masters has recorded 19 points (6 goals, 13 assists) in 19 games. His ability to contribute on both ends of the ice has made him a key piece of the Kodiaks’ lineup.
Garrett Thom, also 18 and from Edmonton, AB, is a dynamic power forward with an impressive blend of grit and skill. At 6’0″ and 190 lbs, Thom has tallied 19 points (12 goals, 7 assists) in 23 games. His physicality and scoring ability have made him a consistent threat on the ice.
